Country Manager & Mobile Application Developer
Hello, I’m Peter. I was born in Slovakia and I live in the Czech Republic.
I studied Software Engineering in the Faculty of Information Technology of the Czech Technical University in Prague. As my bachelor and then masters degree I worked on an Android application for navigating students within the university. This was my first experience with Mobile Applications development and Android and I decided that this is something I want to do in the future.
During my studies I started to work as QA in the Albert project. We worked there together with Ondrej, who was my classmate since high school. On the Albert project we met Michael, Roman and Milo from the Czech branch of Amarula Solutions.
After I finished my masters degree I decided to join the Czech branch of Amarula Solutions, which was being created during that time.
In Amarula Solutions, I work mainly as a Mobile Applications developer for both Android and iOS. My biggest passion is to work on the frontend, but I like to work on the backend side sometimes too. I always like to extend my knowledge with some new technology or programming language.
In my free time I like to read books, spend time with my family, play videogames and watch a good movie or series. My other passion is also music, which is often my companion to get in the proper programming “focus zone”. During the years I tried to play on various instruments, but the most advanced I got with the saxophone.
